Leadership
Bhaskar Kalale is the Founder & CEO of the company. Bhaskar sets the vision for the company and mission for the team. He is committed to building a value-based organization where every employee has a value to add and plenty to learn.
Bhaskar has 30+ years of experience in IT, ITeS and online Marketing domains; building, growing & leading organizations of 3,000+ across functions, and across geographies. Prior to founding Scalavity, he managed one of the largest managed services digital marketing companies with over 1,400 digital marketing professionals.
With a strong understanding of technology, business, organization and clients, his interest is in using technology to solve real business problems through automation and process improvement.
Bhaskar is a mentor to and an investor in a number of early stage startups in India. He is currently on the Board of Directors of TiE Mysuru Chapter (The Indus Entrepreneurs), largest organization in the world for entrepreneurs and startups.
Bhaskar is also a former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru, largest industry policy advocacy group to the state and central governments in India.
Bhaskar has an MBA from Anderson School of Management (UCLA), MS in Computer Science (Northern Illinois) and BS in Engineering from Bangalore University.
